Refund policy
If you wish to cancel an order please do so via email within 48 hours. Cancellations submitted after the 48 hour period are subject to a
15% restocking fee.
The return requests must be submitted via email within 2 days of delivery.
A restocking fee of 15% of the item price applies.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and cancellation policies, the following are final and cannot be returned or refunded:
- DAMAGED ITEMS
- CUSTOM ITEMS
- ALTERED ITEMS (re-upholstered or re-finished items on client’s request).
Items must be returned in the condition received. To ensure proper insurance coverage, all return shipments must go through Stamford Modern, LLC. Return shipping costs may be higher than the original shipping cost.
